  1. Great to hear the ESV Study bible becoming available -hope they create an online version too. Im a mac & Accordance user (& MacSword!) but Ive found technology heading towards free online applications (like the way Google Docs is now a free online alternative to MS Word). Can you review http://live.e-sword.net/ and blueletterbible.org & biblos.com even the BST at christianity.com or NEXT from bible.org? I think this is the way digital bible study will go in the near future which is good for those of us with little cash. I liked the way Rick Meyers created the great online version of Esword as platform independent with Mac users in mind (see his FAQ). I also use the simple online bibles like the NET, WEB, NIV & NIrV from IBS and the ESV & ISV from their home websites for reference. With tabs, I find the browser itself a workable environment and I can reference newer commentators like David Guzik and listen to audio commentaries from Ray Steadman, Stuart Olyott, Chuck Smith even Spurgeon – audio resources not found on existing study software (except maybe ilumina with it’s really useful video clips. Reuben -thank you for your bible software reviews over the years.

  2. The ESV Study Bible is already online. If you purchase a physical copy of the study Bible, you’re given a code to access the online version.

  3. I hope the ESV Study Bible will be produced for MAC SWORD. Its a shame there isn’t a comparable E-sword for mac. The other bible programs simply cost too much.

  4. I have a Hard copy of the ESV bible. An access code was included in my bible for online access. How do I use this code to establish online access?
