Apparently, Bible Companion Software as such is out of business. The website has been unavailable since late last year, and I have updated my links accordingly. I’d love to hear from Corey Spagnoli. Meanwhile, some “unofficial” information can be found here.

This is Corey Spagnoli, owner of Smart Solutions Group, Inc.
Bible Companion Software was never purchased by Smart Solutions Group, Inc. We were the technology provider for Loizeaux Brothers- the publishers who owned and distributed Bible Companion Software. In 2001, Loizeaux Brothers went out of business.
